Rachel is originally from Columbia, SC but has lived in Charleston for 17 years. She attended the College of Charleston where she received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology with a concentration in archaeology. Rachel has a wide range of retail, administrative, and legal experience. Additionally, she is certified to teach English as a second/foreign language. Rachel is passionate about the environment and human and civil rights. She believes law is one of the most effective ways to implement change and strives to do her part in making a difference in the world around her.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, tending to her plants, and supervising her 14-year-old overly vocal cat, Thea.
