Katie is a partner at Ethridge Law Group. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, including construction litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury defense, professional liability defense, commercial litigation, premises liability, and employment law. She has extensive experience in complex cases and routinely achieves favorable results for clients. She also provides “non-litigation” support to her clients, including contract drafting/review and legal advice related to employment law matters, insurance, corporate policies, and compliance. Katie has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Litigation – Construction for multiple years.

Prior to transitioning back to private practice, Katie worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Benefitfocus and Interim General Counsel/Deputy General Counsel at College of Charleston. She graduated from University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009, magna cum laude.
