Heather is a trial lawyer, who brings over 30 years of complex litigation experience to Ethridge Law Group. Her practice focuses on the defense of premises liability, products liability, serious auto liability, construction defect, and other tort and serious personal injury actions.  She regularly defends catastrophic injury and death cases, and has tried numerous cases to a verdict in State and Federal Courts throughout South Carolina.  She also routinely uses mediation as an effective settlement tool.

Heather is a native Charlestonian. She received her BS degree cum laude from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina and the Darla Moore School of Business, and her JD degree with honors from the University of South Carolina School of Law.   

Heather’s spouse is a fellow lawyer and native Charlestonian, and they have two wonderful children.  Heather enjoys travel, tennis, hiking, beach time, mountain time, and spending time with her family and friends.
